Please try to read "Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen prior to the workshop to get the most out of this workshop.

Each year the Metro Area Readers' Round Table Committee selects a book for the community to read.  This workshop will provide you with the foundation to utilize the United We Read book in your programming.  Topics covered will include:  advertising, marketing, read alikes, training materials, logos, book marks, discussion questions and more.  This workshop will help you in developing reading programs at your own library.
