The need for organizations to adapt quickly to change makes feedback to correct problems and improve processes a critical skill. You will be taught how to give and receive feedback so that problems can be addressed early and relationships can be strengthened.

In this workshop we will:
- Discuss the value of creating a feedback-rich environment
- Demonstrate skills for giving and receiving feedback effectively
- Discuss and practice feedback tools and techniques
