Workshop Description:	This session is intended to provide an overview of the types of work that library paraprofessionals do in various types of libraries. This is very much a nuts and bolts session. A wide range of topics will be covered including: time management when you are not in control of your own destiny, preparing for promotion, and supervising other paraprofessionals. You will then learn important tips for dealing with burnout, communicating professionally and how to stay satisfied and challenged when you don't want to be promoted.
